LABDENT — CAD-CAM precision at the service of the dentist
LABDENT has over 18 years manufacturing high-precision dental prosthetics, restorations, and devices for dentists and clinics in Bogotá. Our difference lies in our 100% digital workflow (CAD-CAM with exocad), predictable delivery times, and direct communication with the technician assigned to each case. We work exclusively with oral health professionals.

How We Work
A structured, transparent process that ensures every restoration arrives on time, with the expected quality and no surprises.

Case intake
We receive the dentist’s prescription with the impressions or digital scan. We verify the documentation and confirm the delivery date. If there’s any question, we consult before starting.

Work plan
The assigned technician digitally designs the restoration with exocad: morphology, occlusion, and proximal contacts. For complex cases, we share the design for approval before milling.

Fabrication
The design goes to the CNC milling unit in the indicated material (zirconia, disilicate, PMMA, or composite). After milling, the piece goes through sintering, characterization, and aesthetic glazing.

Quality control and delivery
We verify marginal fit, occlusion, contacts, and color. Only when everything is correct do we package and deliver to the dentist with photographic documentation of the finished work.
